Chefs, Tony Cafarelli and Jamison Leigh, served up Porchetta with salsa verde and pickled red onion. Our chefs worked hard preparing and presenting their creation. They enjoyed the fun competition with other respected chefs in the community. The foodies came out to enjoy this amazing event hosted by Canandaigua Kiwanis. The staff and residents alike dressed in their Sunday best to attend this year's Academy Awards at Clark Meadows recently. A beautiful slide show was presented to the residents depicting the "fun times" they were still able to enjoy during Covid this past year. The Awards began with Jody recognizing her committee. It was no easy task to decide on each recipients award. The talent, intelligence, creativity and social grace was in abundance here at Clark Meadows. Each resident was given a personalized award, along with their very own Oscar! Chef Matt prepared lovely hors d'oeuvres which were distributed, along with champagne!
