Chefs, Tony Cafarelli and Jamison Leigh, served up Porchetta with salsa verde and pickled red onion. Our chefs worked hard preparing and presenting their creation. They enjoyed the fun competition with other respected chefs in the community. The foodies came out to enjoy this amazing event hosted by Canandaigua Kiwanis. At Ferris Hills, each floor has their own "elbow" or what we commonly refer to as their own "neighborhood". Every holiday season, each of these neighborhoods have a special dinner prepared by the Chef and served to them exclusively. Representatives from each floor meet with the Chef and choose their meal for this occasion. From appetizer (shrimp) to dessert (Baked Alaska), a great time was had by all.
