Chefs, Tony Cafarelli and Jamison Leigh, served up Porchetta with salsa verde and pickled red onion. Our chefs worked hard preparing and presenting their creation. They enjoyed the fun competition with other respected chefs in the community. The foodies came out to enjoy this amazing event hosted by Canandaigua Kiwanis. Recently, a trombone quartet from the Eastman School of Music in Rochester came to the community to perform. The Remington Quartet is named for Emory Remington, who was a professor of trombone for nearly 50 years at the Eastman School.
