Chefs, Tony Cafarelli and Jamison Leigh, served up Porchetta with salsa verde and pickled red onion. Our chefs worked hard preparing and presenting their creation. They enjoyed the fun competition with other respected chefs in the community. The foodies came out to enjoy this amazing event hosted by Canandaigua Kiwanis. She has held weekly painting classes for two years. We've heard about how spending time in nature reduces stress. Well, at Clark Meadows we have found a way to bring the peace of nature into our lives. It's called landscape art and Al Johnson has exquisitely demonstrated this technique today with his evergreens and mountains painted on a window. As the paint is drying we admire his work and wonder how it will look in the evening twilight. Our residents will be sure to peek at this scene as the sky changes tonight.
