Lynne Standish / Tuesday, February 8, 2022 / Categories: Ferris Hills Events, Ferris Hills Blog "Reading is to the mind, like exercise is to the body." A number of Ferris Hills residents have been working hard to reorganize their library. They are sorting through books, and donating those that haven't been checked out in many years. New books have arrived and are organized by fiction, non-fiction, poetry, etc. There is a special section for magazines, and also paperback books. These worker bees noticed that some of the book shelves were in need of extra support. All they had to do is call on the Ferris Hills woodshop for the remedy! Measurements were taken and shelf support dividers were made to resolve the issue! Thanks to a kind donation, we even have (5) Kindles available to rent! Stop by soon and check out the many positive changes in the library. Don't forget to thank the library ladies for their hard work!
