Claire Watson / Tuesday, February 18, 2020 / Categories: Ferris Hills Events, Clark Meadows Events, Senior Living Community Events, Ferris Hills Blog Breakfast Fundraiser for Light Hill Hospice With over 100 people fed and $1,450 raised it was a great morning on Friday when people joined Ferris Hills and Clark Meadows to show support for the wonderful Light Hill Hospice. Our raspberry pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon and home fries made the perfect breakfast for the fundraiser. A special ‘thank you’ to Michele Chiaverini, Administrative Assistant, for putting together a lovely gift basket to raffle off and to resident, Joan Szabla for crocheting prayer shawls to hand out as favors. Light Hill Hospice provides loving, compassionate, specialized care for those who are terminally ill and for their families and loved ones. With a 2 bedroom house in Canandaigua their primary focus is to ensure the richest possible experience for residents and their loved ones as they approach the final stages of life. We were honored to host this event for such a worthy cause.
