These ladies are members of the Clark Meadows Team and they bring their best selves to work every single day!  They are the most caring ladies I know.  Here we have our Nurse Manager, Case Manager, Nurse Coordinator, Personal Care Asssistant, Administrtive Assistant, and Lifestyle Coordinator.  Together, with all the other staff here, they work tirelessly to uplift our community making everyday special.

Happy Vaccination Day at Clark Meadows!

A team from F.F. Thompson Hospital, along with staff at our enriched living community at Clark Meadows provided the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to our residents on January 7th.  Residents are included in Phase IA of the state's phased rollout.

Please note that while Thompson holds vaccination clinics, it has no say in determining who is eligible.  Eligibility is determined by the state Department of Health.  The process is strictly enforced and no leeway is possible.  You can see who is included in each of the vaccine roll-out phases and determine your eligibility by clicking here: https://covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/.
