Tai-Chi started this morning at Ferris Hills

Today was the first day of Tai-Chi and fourteen residents joined in to check it out.  Julie Charles, a Dining Services Associate, and the class instructor, has studied Tai-Chi for 20 years; two of which she lived in China.  She explains that "Tai-Chi is a relaxed martial art that is excellent for your flexibility, balance and your overall health."  One of the participants stated that this class "looks like it's going to be wonderful!."

Interested?  We invite other residents to join in the fun every Friday morning at 10 am in the Vista Lounge.
