Clark Meadows Drum Circle

It was a quiet Friday afternoon recently when Katherine McGrath, Music Therapist, brought out a variety of interesting instruments. After a discussion with residents about each one, an absolutely awesome drum circle broke out! " A drum circle is any group of people playing handdrums and percussion in a circle". Led by Katherine, the drummers followed her lead with the pace as well as the volume level of the drumming! Thank you Katherine!

Roulette, blackjack, poker and more were played for charity last Friday at Ferris Hills and Clark Meadows. We raised over $2,600 for the Alzheimer’s Association at our casino night and had plenty of fun in the process.
